Bio – After attending University of Delaware for Visual Communications, I worked in the design field for several years until I began painting again after work just for fun. Soon I had created my first lithograph that I was extremely proud of. Creating these items I used the key concepts of design that I learned in design classes. My paintings are my attempt to massage the natural world, manmade structures and the world of design into a vision of beauty. Focussing on that use of color, structure and composition I continue to find interest in my work.
Watercolors, pastels, wood working, oil painting, pencils, acrylic all are part of my tool base. So far I haven’t managed to combine them in a way that I want to show, but I suspect that is on the way.
